Contacts in your Homebot account are calculated by active properties enrolled in Monthly Digests. Coborrowers are not counted towards your total number of contacts, but additional properties are.
Borrowers with more than one property in the system are calculated based on the number of properties associated with the borrower(s) (if borrowers Joe and Jane Smith have 3 properties registered under their Homebot account the borrowing ouple will be counted as 3 contacts towards your cap).
