If I upload a CSV file of client data and some clients are already in my account, will Daily AI recognize duplicates? Will it override any information in my account?

Yes, Daily AI checks for any duplicates via email or phone number and will not add them twice. Daily AI will not overwrite any data.

For example: If a user has a client already enrolled in a drip campaign, and has a transaction attached, and you go to upload a CSV file that has that same contact listed, Daily AI will simply just not add that contact to prevent any duplicates.
