The App has been created for ease-of-use for both you and your clients. It also allows you to add incredible value to their lives. For this reason, we suggest you encourage your clients to download and utilize the App where they have access to all the tools.
However, if they choose not to, your clients will still be automatically enrolled in Homebot when you submit your new closed loans. You can send your personalized Homebinder link to your clients so they can set up their personal binders. And you will still need to send Updater invitations and connect them to Revive when they want to utilize those resources.
