30 days after your setup fee is paid.
As a new partner, you will be billed a setup fee for your Onboarding Support.
Your Onboarding Support Phase includes:
- setting up your accounts
- configuring your tools
- launching your platform
This phase can be completed in as quickly as 1 week, according to when your onboarding specialist receives your completed onboarding materials.
Your recurring membership billing will begin 30 days after your setup fee is paid. For this reason we highly encourage our partners to complete their onboarding in a timely manner, preferably within that 30 day period.
